Although Alabaster is a warmer white and not a true white, Shoji White is definitely more beige than Alabaster. It is a great trim color for someone who likes their trim to be a bit more muted of a white paint color. It is a cream shade with gray and yellow undertones, but also sometimes leans a little towards green. I have samples of both on poster boards. 
Hi Faith, with both of those in mind, I would be looking at BM White Dove for the trim! WebShoji White by Sherwin-Williams is a warm off-white paint color that is infused with a beautiful blend of cream, orange and gray. I like more of a soft, subtle look, rather than a stark, contrasting look. But, it has a bit more gray in it than Ballet White. I mean maybe in a home palette where theyre SEPARATED by a room or 2, but not right next to each other. For people who love cream, but dont love yellow (Im always amazed at this as cream IS yellow), Ballet White can be a great place to land. Want a bit more gray, more beige, less undertone? 
Nope, I wish there was, but keep in mind that SW usually does pretty good colour matching, so you could have them whip up a sample pot for you to see how it looks! Personally, I might find it a bit dark for all surfaces. Shoji White is a warm white, with greige (beige and gray) undertones. 
It has a light reflectance value of 73.5, so definitely not as bright as Alabaster. Just curious how Ballet White would compare to BM Seashell? Ballet White has a touch more warmth than Shoji, but it is very close.

Simply place them on your walls next to your trim, furnishings or fixed elements, and easily see whether the paint colors work in your space and with your lighting. (like whether to create the most contrast possible by going for super white trim, or go darker with the trim, or to paint the trim the same colour as the walls but in a different sheen; or how to avoid the walls looking dirty). Ballet White works in a lot of different types of rooms, with many decor styles, and even looks great on a home exterior. Quick correction: Ballet white is not the same formula as Plaster of Paris. I liked it so much that I also used it for the front hall and stairway, which has the opposite lighting and is a much darker space and it looks great there too. With an LRV of 74, its just a wink lighter. I needed a paint that would go with everything. Have a question or want to show off your project?
