The petitioning party must include necessary records when filing the motion. Judgments also appear on a debtors credit report. In Pennsylvania, it is possible to transfer a judgment from one county to another by filing certified copies of all case records and a certification stating the judgment amount. However, in order for the Sheriff to be able to seize monetary accounts, the creditor must file interrogatories to the garnishee. <>
Once the Sheriff serves the execution order and interrogatories to the garnishee or third party, the debtors accounts are frozen.
