Fort Monroe is a wonderful place to visit. Stay up-to-date on Fort Monroes news, special events and programs. The Chamberlin used to be a hotel, and it is gorgeous. However, residents and their families have various options available to pay for long-term care -- many options depend on a persons individual eligibility, like Medicaid waivers and VA benefits, but more commonly used methods of payment include private pay and long-term care insurance.
