I asked to cancel the order and obtain a refund and this was rejected citing the invoice states that Sydney Tools may take up to the 14th of September to dispatch the items. Even if insurance was paid (by seller or buyer), no insurance company would honour a claim if they found out the conditions under which the product was shipped. Oh, and I said transactions because unlike some other places that just take a couple of cents and have you verify that amount, these guys take the full amount but in two transactions and hold your money while they wait for verification from you.
